Denver Real Estate, Subprime Lending, Will It Return?

It is getting harder and harder to find qualified buyers in the Denver real estate market. Is doing away with subprime lending the best decision for the Denver market? The Housing Wire published a great article that raises some questions about how voters will ultimatly decide, should everyone have access to credit again?
New data released today by FICO Inc. show that a whopping 25.5 percent of consumers now have a credit score of 599 or below. That’s a market of more than 43 million people, and growing every day, too—thanks to unemployment levels that appear set to remain painfully high for the next five years.
