Monica Gutierrez was born and raised in Austin, TX, the self-proclaimed Live Music capital of the World. Wanting to remain close to family, Monica attended college in Austin and ultimately graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edwards University. Her BA in Communications and past experience with a nationally ranked Real Estate Team have helped her successfully close a high volume of transactions for The Hightower Team.
In late 2007, Monica relocated to Colorado and quickly joined the team. Monica brings a lot of patience and diligence to her role as the Transaction Manager. Her charismatic style and open communication skills help expedite closings, while acting as a liaison between all parties to the transaction.
Monica enjoys spending time with friends and going back home to visit her family. She loves photography, live music, outdoor activities like hiking and running and playing with her dogs. She is passionate about volunteering at the Dumb Friends league and working with animals.
