Kraig Overholt was born and raised in Michigan, and attended Ferris State University for Golf Course Management.  He spent many of his early years working with his father in their oil & gas business, which was ultimately sold.  As a former business owner and Real Estate Broker, Kraig has a strong background in technical valuation.  His valuation skills come from the 1000’s of competitive valuations completed for banks, outsourcers, and homeowners as both a Commercial and Residential Broker.   

In mid-2009 Kraig joined The Hightower Team.  Since joining, Kraig has helped various clients in valuating real estate portfolios, while netting the highest sales price during asset disposition.  He brings a high level of detail and consistency to the various reports he completes and creates solid market analysis that you can depend on.  

 Kraig has a strong passion for Investment Real Estate.  He also enjoys golf, hiking, spending time with friends, and watching Big 10 basketball and football.
